I should think that relying on a defense by Dershowitz would be more or less the same thing as an admission of guilt.
Gaetz displays the freedom of action that comes with being a complete moron. Dershowitz displays the freedom of expression that comes with being completely irrelevant.
McSally is a fraud. What her motives are, besides ambition, are anyone’s guess. But, basically, she’s never been very good as a legislator and always appears to be “winging it”. Mark Kelley will be a serious opponent.
Just wait until she’s believing every woman to come forward when it’s a dem being accused.
