Gaetz Buddy’s Plea Agreement Reveals New Sex Trafficking Details | Talking Points Memo

That question has already been partially answered.

It’s a defined term used in the applicable statute, not a euphemism.

Nope. The “interstate commerce” was their use of the internet and cell phones to hook up. It expressly says the sex was in the Middle District of Florida.

Well, the GOP is all about the unregulated free market.

Oh, so he’s one of those who likes to watch, then?

“What are you talking about?”

That’s exactly what a thing is if you pay for it, a commodity. You can abuse it, you can discard it, you have no responsibility or obligation.

Greenberg has got more evidence than just his (probably not so reliable) word as to the allegations against other participants. A lot more.

Buh-bye, Mattie.

“Um, what’s that you said?”

Anyone worried that Gaetz will skate, can breathe easy now.

Simply zero chance Greenberg gets this deal without giving up everything he knows about Gaetz. And if I recall correctly, everything must be shown to be true, somehow. Whether through corroborating witness(es), receipts, documents, photos, videos, etc.

And sex with a minor.

Matty’s Daddy can’t get him out of that one.

Just speculation here, but i think there’s a real possibility that the illegal act of paying for sex was as much a turn-on for him as the actual sex, itself. I agree, it is sad, but he may have specifically chosen to be romantically celibate because there was no thrill for him in consensual, romantic sex. Paying for it gave him a trip, just like any illegal drug. Just a thought.

God, I didn’t even think of it that way. They were just passing her around to be used by other men. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were profiting off her too just because they could. I’m gonna go throw up now.

Who’s the dude represent, in a district where it’s be tough for movie, dinner, drinks and nightcap to set one back more than $100?

Deeply sick misogyny.

Which is not necessarily enough to obtain a conviction.

You don’t recall correctly.

Who are the other men? Does he have to say whom as part of this deal?
