Just to get things rolling, who was business insider’s source? Was it greenberg’s attorney?

Something you never want to read on a document you’re signing and initialing:

“The defendant shall enter a plea of guilty to Counts One, Eight, Nine, Fourteen, Twenty-Four, and Twenty-Six of the Third Superseding Indictment.”

Matt Gaetz is going to be toast, Greenberg threw him under the bus to get a reduced prison sentence. Maybe some og Gaetz sleezyness will rub off on MTG and bring that fucking bitch down too.

Way too old for Matt.

10 year statutory minimum, as txlawyer said. No club fed for greenberg:

“Count One is punishable by a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 10 years up to life”

Y’all keep laughing about this, but won’t you think of how hurtful this is to Matt Gaetz’s adopted teenage son, Nestor?

Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

And count one is the underage trafficking charge.

Matt’s gonna go through some things if Greenberg is willing to cop a guilty plea on a charge with a 10-year minimum.

MTG: “Thanks, but, no thanks. I’ve got plenty of my own already.”

Yeah, I think that’s a pretty good measuring stick for how icky this all is – and how much time we are potentially looking at when all is said and done.

I hope Gaetz goes so far under the bus that he’s mistaken for a sheet of paper.

Question for those knowledgeable about federal prosecutions:

Given that Greenberg has reportedly been talking to prosecutors for months, how likely is it that an indictment on Gaetz (if it happens) will come very soon after Greenberg’s plea becomes finalized?

Yeah, she doesn’t need any help getting lower.

Depends. Who knows if he’s trying to flip on someone else… Lots of ties to Mar-a-GoGo, which seems to have been underage-prostitution central since the 1990s…

He’s gonna get reelected anyway.

How likely is it that Gaetz will make it that far before killing himself?

If Republicans thinks Liz Cheney is a big problem for their Party, but Matt Gaetz is not, something is deeply wrong with them.

I’d be cool with that. Saving taxpayer dollars and delivering justice.

Allowing folks the chance to Epstein themselves is severely under-rated.

Like Trump said, it ought to be illegal for to flip witnesses… while he still is congressman, Gaetz ought to propose a law that bans the prosecutors from offering reduced sentences in exchange of cooperation.
