GA Election Workers Take Aim At Rudy Giuliani After His Bankruptcy Case Dismissed

This gives a little of the background - but only some of it - with him playing fast and loose with money.

Since declaring bankruptcy late last year, Giuliani appears to have remained flush with cash, including being paid $75,000 by a documentary project. He’s also continued to spend thousands of dollars each month on dozens of Amazon, streaming media and other purchases, according to court records.

Instead, Giuliani has provided only snippets or inaccurate portraits of his financial records, some of which were provided late. He has even surprised his own lawyers with new sources of income, such as a recent deal he signed to promote coffee.

What, is the couch in son Andrew’s living room not available? Unless Andrew was living with dear old Dad. The couch in his daughter’s living room DEFINITELY isn’t available. Rudy can scrounge for a 300 sq studio like the rest of the people at the bottom of the New York real estate market.

Biden: Poor Donald, he can’t even watch TV this week because it’s shark week

Did he blab to the same woman who got Alito to admit to something damaging? You’d think these morons would learn some self-control.

You’ve only made him stronger, naysayers.

I watched his Detroit Rally. I don’t think I have ever seen him this energized, and wow, what a crowd. You WIN MOTOWN, and so does MOTOWN JOE!!
Awesome. I got a whole lot of shivers.

Exhibit infinity on how the corporate press spins any good news as bad for Joe Biden.

Rudy coulda been a ratfucker with Roger Stone and Paul Manafort, back in the day. He set off in a different direction - “America’s Mayor.” Just like TCF – a total, grifting, lyin’ SOB con man. Two peas in a pod. May they die paupers, both of them.

He keeps whining about TFG still owing him $2 million

Yes, but it looks like Rudy will be short of the things that offer success in that endeavor – cash and a regular source of disposable income.
And, TSF wannabe! that he is, he’s pissed on his chance of getting the bankruptcy protections that might have offered him a modicum of protection and income stability.

I also wonder which of his donors wants to maintain his current monopoly/cartel and is unhappy with Biden’s anti-trust/pro-labor agenda. That also goes for the “New Democrats” caucus members calling for Biden to step aside, and everyone at WaPo.

Can we PLEASE stop with the “America’s mayor” wankfest? Desperate C-student “journalist” lemmings looking to print the identical garbage and fill reader’s minds with shit came up that imbecilic moniker. He was barely New York’s mayor, hated as he was by everyone except all of Staten Island and every racist cop and fireman from Rockaway to the other end of Rockaway.

Looks like Ruby and Shaye (and the other creditors) now own Rudy’s shit coffee company.

Hey MAGAT rubes: Keep buying that shit and keep the $$$ flowing to Ruby and Shaye!

Good.

The legal teams of Giuliani’s creditors are well beyond angry. Mr. Giuliani has pursued a strategy of impunity in bankruptcy court, which exists in part to shield good-faith debtors from creditors. Trump has largely gotten away with impunity, something Trump supporters seem to believe is associative. Instead, it has devolved into a fight over a moldy Florida condo.

Why, it couldn’t happen to a nicer douchebag.

to move assets to offshore havens

Moving assets abroad triggers a FATCA declaration if the amount of assets is significant. Singapore has long been the best option for expats burdened by civil judgments who don’t want to live and pay for living in a fortress. The last thing Rudy needs is forensic auditors from the US Treasury Department on his ass.

What makes Rudy special in that way? At a minimum you would think that Rudy would have the goods in Donald. Of course, everything he has might implicate himself as will.

Rudy was the guy running around the country peddling false evidence to Republicans that 2020 was stolen. That ploy seems to have worked. What is it that Trump cannot forgive? Style? Being publicly dunned?
