From Malheur To Jan. 6: NC Militia Organizes Letter Writing Campaign To Insurrectionist ‘Political Prisoners’ | Talking Points Memo

In the US, a militia is the National Guard and Reserve.

These groups are paramilitary gangs with zero relationship to real militias.
They should never, ever be referred to as militia groups.

They all have this posed thousand yard that few of them have earned. It’s almost entirely a pose, like those Sturgis morons.

They broke through a police line to break and enter the United States Capitol.

What ever happened to the “Party of Law and Order” and “Back the Blue”?

Now would be the time to invest in Crayola. Alas, it’s a privately-held company.

The things that you can do with privilege! The 1/6 miscreants are easily excused by the partisan who will tear down a country because of free and fair elections.
Just like Warren Zevon’s **Excitable Boy, they will never change.

Yeah, these psychopaths are certain to learn their lesson. Especially the ringleader. /s

Am I the only one surprised they know how to write?

Two things keep going through my head when I read this stuff.

Oingo Boingo’s, “Only a lad.”

And then the notion they’re political prisoners.
Princes Bride, “You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means.”

The stereotype of the insurrectionist mob comprised only of dumb hicks is wrong.

“Those involved are, by and large, older and more professional than right-wing protesters we have surveyed in the past. They typically have no ties to existing right-wing groups. But like earlier protesters, they are 95 percent White and 85 percent male, and many live near and among Biden supporters in blue and purple counties.”

We need to get our hands on that list and send those pricks in jail a letter or two on how we feel about them and their ridiculous conspiracy theories.

Crayola LLC (Binney and Smith until 2007) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards.

Dildos and non-dairy French Vanilla Creamer for EVERYONE.

I believe in the minds of Trump supporters for most of them it is Trump won the election NOT because he got the most votes but rather because he got the most votes from White people, their group.

That is what I believe is happening is that what people are really fighting is any change to the social order. Or to put another way, the only reason to still be a Republican, to have supported both George Bush and Donald “George Bush lied us into a disastrous war” Trump is WHITE SUPREMACY.

But before getting to that, if I could ask MTG a question it would be; “was there anything CONJUGAL in your visits considering how much you care for these men and what they are missing while being in jail?”

But what has been established a long time ago is that to be a Republican you must have two sets of standards and morals, one for yourself and your group and a second for everyone else. In fact in most cases you are a Republican because you feel the favored set of standards and morals applies to you.

And we saw those two sets of standards and morals applied, as reported by several news agencies, about the different treatment police gave the insurrectionists on 1/6/2021 versus how protesters for racial justice were treated throughout the last decade.

So in response to the original post, by God these people think they are the chosen for privilege whereas everyone else is chosen to be beneath them.

Why this is so dangerous goes back to the Civil War. The fact is the big plantation owners in slave states in 1860 mostly did not want war, realizing what it meant, the cost in blood and other treasures and the likely result being they would lose and lose more than a negotiated compromise settlement.

But what you can call the White middle class in the South, not that there really was a middle class in the South in 1860 but rather Whites who in the social order had an large underclass, fought to keep that social order.

My fear is that is exactly what is happening today. That the Republican Party has no policies other than White Supremacy or if you prefer, maintaining the current social order and that is what Trump, who did not create his base but rather whose base created Trump, represents.

These folk are so self deluded, they think of themselves…that’s it, it’s all about them and not their intent or actions.

It should be noted that an infamous serial killer worked as a volunteer for the presidential campaign of Nelson Rockefeller and attended the 1968 Republican National Convention as a Rockefeller delegate.

…the late '60s were a time of social and political upheaval…once-clean-cut young men were growing their hair and beards out and joining the hippie movement. That wasn’t the case with Ted Bundy, who maintained a short-haired, genteel appearance and openly aspired to live a normal, happy life with a wife, kids, and lots of material wealth.

So then, another paper trail to follow. Thanks again for organizing!

Yes. Many tomes have been written about the Reichwing being afeared of the browning of America.

You’re right, of course. Unfortunately, I can’t find a single word for “angry fat entitled losers desperately trying to affirm their manhood through semiautomatic rifles.”
