My Landsmann is a white collar criminal who worked for a white collar criminal syndicate. He knew exactly what he was doing. If he wants sympathy he can look it up in the dictionary (it’s between Sh-t and Syphilis).
He would not be the first individual who sold his soul for thirty pieces. In the end he may find it was not worth it.

Unlikely, unless he does something new. Though I think the statute of limitations on bank fraud is 10 years, and in the “otherwise blameless life” and “don’t say oligarch” EDVA trial the jury hung on some of the bank fraud charges. Perhaps he could be retried on those, though I’ll bet his pardon covered everything he was tried for.

Congress failed to list any of the Mueller findings for the impeachment. Pelosi argued against her own top people…she wanted only the two very narrow, very weak Ukraine charges.
