I hope the judge sues them beyond recognition. That’s defamation of character and I don’t care if the guy is in the public eye - that’s just dead wrong.

I quite agree. If I were the judge, I’d certainly give the strongest consideration to a claim. They need to both pay for this and make an abject apology on the air, multiple times.
Can Judge Reinhart sue Kilmeade for slander since he didn’t admit the photo was fake even after he knew it photoshopped. Someone on the left should photoshop all kinds of porno images of the entire Faux crew and post them.
