Fox’s Chris Wallace Unimpressed By WH Defense: ‘I Would Not Be Especially Pleased’ If I Were Trump

The rethug lawyers are acting as if their only audience is tRump and Moscow Mitch. Do they not realize their less than lackluster performance is being watched by millions? As is their nonexistent defense. Oops, sorry, it’s the only defense they have.

Those that have nothing to hide, hide nothing.

I’ve said this more times than I can count to those who discount this process:

If you were accused of a crime, any crime, and there was evidence to support your innocence and witnesses to testify to your innocence, would you withhold all of that from being entered into the record?

You all here know the answer to that. Of course you wouldn’t. They don’t have the material. The defense team presented nothing in any form other than diatribes to defend his actions. And at no time has any one anywhere at any time stepped up to say that it is impossible for Trump to have done what he’s accused of, because he’s just not that kind of guy. No character testimony. Nothing.

Sorry, but that doesn’t scream innocence to me and it’s about time the House managers are getting it all out there. Which they are.

Fox showed them but identified them as wanted sex criminals.

OT if anything is really OT any more but our economic expert president seems a little vague on what it means to be a developing nation:

Developing a case of bi-polar maybe, but economically, no.

Nah, they need guys like him around to give the joint a faint air of legitimacy. And with Shep Smith’s contract money freed up, they can afford to pay Wallace to stick around.

“Yutz”? A combo of “putz” and, what, “yokel”? I like it, however.

Fundamentally unfit to be POTUS.

I’m entirely serious—try to think of a job he could actually do. Run a hot dog stand? I don’t think he could. Sell shoes? Nope. I think there’s literally not one job he could do an objectively good performance on.

“If I were the President watching this, I would not be especially pleased.”

Really? Wallace is either clueless or not portraying donnie’s character honestly here. This is the defense trump wanted. All heat, no light (not that there is any evidence available that would be exculpatory even if it was illuminated).

He has been moderately successful as a con artist, but that’s on the suckers who fell for his bullcrap.

However, they did end up regretting it.

Buyer, beware. Or as far as this ignorant buffoon is concerned: ETTD.

Why would Trump care? He’s got the jury in his hip pocket. His attorneys could just as easily gone to the podium and passed gas and the ultimate outcome wouldn’t have changed one iota. Next time you’re worrying about this, Chris, consider the corpse on Fifth Avenue.

If I were a corrupt traitorous thousandaire I would be displeased with my minions too.
Maybe you should be displeased with the person who engaged in criminal activity in the first place, Wallace.
