Sexual harassment is pretty much part of the ingrained corporate culture at NewsCorp. You can change out the faces at the top of the org chart, but it won’t change their core values.

Funny how Bill O’Reilly held on there for many years after what he did became public and Fox paid out big bucks to buy off those he harassed. The depositions are online and are revealing.

Exactly. It’s part of the culture because the culture is steeped in misogyny. When you require women to dress and look like they just stepped off the set of Dynasty, when you devalue and demean women in this manner while allowing the men to look and dress how ever they want, it sends a signal about how women are to be treated.

I was perusing my cable guide the other night. I noticed that Newsmax gave Mark Halperin his own show. Him and O’Reilly make it some repository for old news perverts. I wouldn’t be shocked if Ed Henry made it over there.
