Fox Hosts Complain About Trump’s Mic Potentially Being Cut During Debates

There’s a simple solution if Trump can’t abide by the rules. He should stay home and let the adult have a grown-up conversation with the voters.

Cut off Doocy’s and Kilmeade’s mics. Please.

I can barely imagine what kind of monkey brains watch these fools.

On top of which even their audience was likely highly dismayed at Trump’s rudeness and incivility. They don’t seem to realize they will only assist in making him even more unpopular!

I don’t really see the need to complain about that, but that’s just me. Those Fox hosts apparently are anxious to see him crash and burn.

Dear Steve Douchey;

‘Who decides to cut off the President of the United States?’ The President of the United States, that’s who. By agreeing to the rules of the debate, the President agreed to be limited in the time and occasion of his responses. He agreed to shut the hell up during those windows where his opponent was allotted time to speak. Agreeing to those terms is something he had to decide to do.

So, Stevarino, he decided to cut off the President of the United States. So really, the question you’re asking, becomes ‘who decides to force the President of the United States to keep his word?’ And that’s supposed to be us. The people. Or do you think the President of the United States should demonstrate to world leaders everywhere that his word—and by extension, any ‘deals’ he makes with them—cannot be trusted?

I’m still trying to get my head around this “logic”:

Rules about speaking are unfair to a president. So the alternative to imposing rules is for him to follow the rules.

Some great news:

The Irish Supreme court has ruled that the bread served at Subway – a US sandwich food chain with branches in more than 100 countries – cannot be defined as bread.

Under Ireland’s Value-Added Tax Act of 1972 it cannot even be defined as a staple food, according to the Irish Independent, because it contains too much sugar.

The ruling came after an appeal brought before the court by Subway franchisee Bookfinders Ltd. The case rested on whether the bread for Subway’s sandwiches counts as a staple food and therefore is VAT-exempt.

Aptly named for “cutting” him off.

Fox starts the campaign to call any rules changes ‘rigging’ in favor of Biden. Trump will either threaten to not attend, or will attend and wave the bloody shirt to claim ‘bias’ all night. They should just cancel the 3rd debate. We don’t need it.

Ask any senior citizen or suburban woman voter if they would want Rittenhouse living next door to them. He’s exhibited the exact kind of behavior that only other thugs would appreciate.

Republicans inside the White House and out and can do and say all they want to defend this premeditated murderer, but it won’t change the minds of voters as to where the real threat lies here. We’ve seen these highly armed vigilantes shooting up schools, malls, movie theaters and even Country Western concerts.

Protestors protest at protest sites where everyone knows who they are and what they are doing. Far Right gunslingers shoot at whomever they want whenever they want…especially those who have the nerve to ask them not to defecate on our front lawns or to turn down their music after 1 a.m.

Trump lost the Law and Order argument the moment he started pardoning convicted and often self- confessed felons. He’s spent his entire adult life suing people whom he owes money, paying fines for breaking the law and threatening others who stand up to him. He is Rittenhouse and all the voters know it now.

Conservatives are going to ‘complain’ no matter what. It doesn’t matter how much you try to accommodate ‘reach out to them’ or compromise with them or how much they win or loose, they will complain about the outcome. That’s all conservatism is at this point, complaining about their victimhood at the hands of liberals.

Who decides to cut off the mic? Just use a TIMER! Shuts off automatically at 2 minutes and stays off while the the other person speaks.

For good measure I would add a plexiglass partition to cut off any jabbering that is loud enough to be picked up on the live mic.

Exactly. They can’t blame themselves for the way things worked out now can they?

I’d vote for Lector over Trump. I’d worry for the Secret Service, but it would still provide the USA more dignity and better leadership.

Or we voters could just go to their respective campaign websites and see what their agendas are and plans for implementing them. Trump was given a chance to present his case and he blew it. No more free air time for exhibitionists.

The whole focus of the debates is now on how to make Donald abide by the rules not the problems this country faces. That is a big waste of everyone’s time.

I do want to see the Pence/Harris debate but no more presidential “debates.” I can watch SNL if I want to see political satire.

Who cares what this blonde woman club sandwich ever has to say?

See? You are trying to impose logical thinking on people who have no concept of that idea.

The Commission on Presidential Debates just wants to bring a little Law & Order to the debates.

And with the mic cut he still won’t shut up, he’ll just yell louder, his skin tone will go to Defcon5, and maybe we’ll finally get that fucking heart attack we all deserve to witness on live TV.
