Former RNC Chairman Michael Steele argues that Mitt Romney’s current attack on President Obama’s character is an attempt to chip away at his favorability ratings, which remain substantially higher than his own, on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Thursday. “The Romney people decided, look, we’ve got to change the narrative about how people feel about Barack Obama,” Steele explained. “So we’re not gonna be saying any longer, ‘you know, he’s a nice guy, but…’ They’re just gonna say, ‘you know, it’s just bad all the way around.'”
