This could be good news - if the administration continues to drain folks from the network, they might eventually have to shut down because there’s no one there to do the work anymore.

Nah, evil morons like Clegg are a dime a dozen in the fascist party.

Wish that was true. There’s millions of bigots out there to choose from.

EEOC’s sole focus now is on the aggrieved White folks. More specifically, White males. Only they can be considered because fairness for all means less for them!!

I’m guessing these temperamentally unqualified folks are making too much for this to be Workfare for bigots?

Only the best people bigots.

It’s the oil. It’s always about the oil. So I actually choose to believe this until it’s proven false, especially after having seen videos of Erik Prince and others talking about returning to the age of militaristic colonialism to exploit other countries for the natural resources they can’t defend.

And that video of 11 civilians being summarily murdered? Do we even know whether it was faked or not as part of a propaganda push? No.

And there you have it…

Is there a question about whether this regime would invent an unverifiable pretext for murdering 11 civilians to pump up its public relations campaign?

Nope. But that begs the question: wouldn’t they also invent any pretext they could come up with for ramping up towards an unjustified corporate imperialist invasion for oil?

The spectacle of summarily murdering 11 civilians in a boat allegedly laden with drugs bound for the US serves the purposes of providing concrete evidence of an immediate threat, normalizing responding with impunity in a militaristic fashion and sending a tingle up white Christian nationalists’ and the ZFE’s legs over the prospect of the country engaging in murderous international dominance rituals over brown people countries, creating endless material for the 24-7 news cycle.

Everybody, tell your boss your religion forbids you from working on Sundays and watch good ole Connor come to your rescue.

How long before we see some batshit like DOJ sending out cease and desist letters, threatening them on the basis of specious claims that they’re interfering with ongoing investigations or some such nonsense?

So if this Clegg guy is such a shinning star why is now in another department? I mean he probably wasn’t hired in Jan of this year at the Dept of Labor, and we’ve just started Trump’s 8th month in his second term. So what did he do to someone while he was at DOL? And he has to have “a good higher ranking Trump friend” sticking up for him, right?

IMO it might be better to start dropping names rather than compile a list.

His encounter with the traffic cop appears fabricated – or at least embellished.

There are always more not-sees.

Whatever you’re smoking, pass it down. That’s some good shit, man.

I have a term for folks like Clegg and grifters like Charlie Kirk. The bastard children of Limbaugh and Fox News.
Say what you want about previous administrations. Even during the Nixon era the EEOC and DOJ civil rights division were staffed with party of Lincoln career professionals. After all they sanctioned the Trump organization for housing discrimination in 1973. Unfortunately during the Reagan era they became degraded since civil rights laws were less important to them, witness Reagan’s campaign speech in Neshoba County Mississippi touting states rights.

Only Trump and Hegseth’s word, and the reputation of the US military behind the statement. That used to mean something. A few Congress critters including Dems would have oversight right of access to the classified info on the strike, and they should be asking questions. But who knows.
