Go for it! Sounds like a fun case for any plaintiff’s attorney.

Good for him. DiGenova and the rest of Spankys performing monkeys need to be shown there are consequences for attempting to incite the rubes.

DiGenova eventually said that his remarks were “sarcastic,” “made in jest”

Krebs’ lawyer sure finds DiGenova’s jest funny… he will laugh all the way to the bank…

Calling for Krebs’ execution isn’t the ultimate cancellation?

Krebs is going to become a very rich man because of that ridiculous idiot and his crazy wife. Good. All the more so given that it will be at the expense of Trump’s idiot followers. I bet he donates some of it to pro-democracy groups and efforts.

“Jest / kidding”, the standard GOP mop-up tactic

Krebs told the Times: “We need to make it clear that these behaviors are not acceptable in a civil society.”

Unfortunately, Newsmax executives only guide their judgement by what is acceptable in a capitalist society… which is definitely not civil.

Good. More people should sue the motherfucker for putting lives in danger.

Great word choice !

The former DHS official alleges in the complaint that Trump, his lawyers and Newsmax have pursued “a calculated and pernicious conspiracy” to defame Krebs and others who’ve spoken out against Trump’s rhetoric,

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You can also use pernicious to characterize people as wicked or deceitful. Calling people pernicious implies that they have little regard for morals and are willing to harm others to get what they want.

Since DiGenova is in Trump’s legal team, how this is not witness intimidation?

‘According to the lawsuit, Krebs had to briefly leave his home due to the threats he and his family were receiving. One of Krebs’ children asked him, “Daddy’s going to get executed?” the suit says. “Plaintiff constantly thinks to himself: ‘Will I have to walk with eyes in the back of my head for the rest of my life?’” the lawsuit adds.’

Excellent news. Few bottom feeding swamp dwellers are more deserving of public embarrassment and financial hardship than diGenova and Toensing.

I’m still amazed that DiGenova and Teosning can segue from defending Dimitri Firtash against the U.S. calls for extradition to joining dumpster’s legal team. And no one bats an eye.

Good for Krebs! This kind of behavior is not acceptable or protected by NYT v. Sullivan, and needs to stop. It will only stop when the people who makes these calls for murder pay a price.

Good job, Mr. Krebs. The parasites you are sueing need to be taken to the poor house. DiGenova is a poor excuse for a human and is certainly not a competent attorney - have him disbarred.

If you need $$$ for your suit, I am sure a bunch of us devoted TPMers would be glad to help.

Could there be criminal charges for making threats like this? Incitement ain’t free speech.
