The administration refused to convey Emergency status on Texas after the last tornadoes tore up the place.

You just can’t make this absurd management up. No tests for the longest, calling it hoax, shutting pandemic office, cutting CDC funds & WHO funds, opening back up bars, beaches, now closing testing sites as the pandemic reaches catastrophic numbers.
