Oh, for Heaven’s sake, shut this down and get on with it.

Lock him up. Period. No more stalling. Just stop it.

His lawyer is making a case for the benefit of Fox News talk shows. At the rate she is going she will get Flynn executed.

He should get the same sentence as Manafort.

Thug generals don’t beg.

They “demand”
They “accuse”

Flynn had better start thinking of himself as an NCO

Or maybe a Warrant Officer.

Better yet, a prison punk.

At the minimum, he should face Martha Stewart time.

Somehow, I don’t think this is going to play well with Judge Sullivan.

Did Moscow Mikes new lawyer’s actually read what this same Judge said to him during his first sentencing hearing in DEC 2018?

“Arguably, that undermines everything this flag over here stands for,” the judge said. “Arguably, you sold your country out.”

So it is vindictive to seek punishment for someone who admitted he broke the law. Who knew?

If your prosecutors originally agreed you shouldn’t get time, and you start kicking up a fuss and making life hard for them to where they want you to go to prison after all, I think you have to sit down and think about how well you really play with others, and you have to ask who’s really the problem child here. It just really speaks for itself, when your plea deal is rescinded.

Arrrgh. Flynn did not “withdraw” his plea of guilty. He is seeking leave of the court to do so, and the decision will be up to the court whether to allow or disallow withdrawing the plea.

It is annoying that the press continues to misinform the public when it comes to the law. This article suggests that Flynn can just withdraw his guilty plea on his own motion. He can’t. (The NYT made a similar misstatement in a headline.) I’ve even seen a misinformed commenter on another site insist that Flynn’s guilty plea had never been accepted!

Please. People are already ignorant of the law as it is. This doesn’t help.
