A Virginia man who allegedly shot an employee of the Family Research Council in August because of the conservative group’s opposition to gay marriage was indicted on several additional charges on Wednesday. A federal grand jury returned a superceeding indictment which charges Floyd Lee Corkins, 28, with committing an act of terrorism and nine additional charges related to the Aug. 15 shooting.
