A fifth officer has been charged in connection with the Danziger Bridge shootings, in which police officers in New Orleans allegedly shot unarmed civilians on the bridge just days after Hurricane Katrina.The Department of Justice charged Ignatius Hills, a former officer with the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD), in connection with the shootings, which are being investigated by the FBI.
