I’d love to know more about the system for prioritizing deliveries ahead of hospitals actively treating Covid patients.

The WP article reads

And is the military still generally viewed as “Pro-Trump?”

Masks going into the National Emergency Stockpile eh? Sounds like political patronage to me. "Be nice to “the donald” and he will let you have a couple masks. But do not speak to him about testing any veterans. That is not daddy trump’s problem.
