I think we saw the Turkish version of this earlier.

Prosecutors did say that the effort to extradite Guo culminated in a call with Broidy, President Trump, and an unnamed person aboard that unnamed person’s yacht.

Hmmmmm…
That trumpian projection about China owning Biden…
Apparently, it was a bigly projection because it seems
China Owns Trump!

As ajm notes, this also happened with Gulen. Anybody with $$$ owns Trump, and these clowns would actually take money to extradite dissidents back to certain death in their own countries.

This is the kind of accounting that likely will never come public, but I sure hope the Biden administration gets to the bottom of what role the Trump administration played in the torture and political assassination of Jamal Khashoggi.

I would suggest that the spark was started in 2016, and wasn’t until 2020 that we got full on conflagration.

I need a flowchart to keep these scandals straight.

So please notice that this was a “criminal information” rather than an indictment and therefore the question that immediately comes to mind is has Davis cut a deal to roll over in Broidy and the rest of these people?

Th are is nothing to prevent them from proceeding to an indictment and it may have been they were worried that they might lose the opportunity to arrest if they waited BUT frequently te use of an “criminal information” is used when the defendant is cutting a deal.

Stay tuned …

I gotta wonder why anyone with any vulnerability would involve themselves with any member of Drumpf’s cabal. There’s just too much evidence that, for the right price, they’ll sell you out.

Broidy is a real sweetheart even by Trump world standards.

Wasn’t Flynn mixed up in something similar about a Turkish cleric?

What’s fascinating to me is the assumption of corruption. There are channels one would go through if one wanted to do this kind of thing for real, but all the foreign players appear to have known that trump preferred to do things under the table.

So does this criminal information mean there will be indictment of the unnamed players?
