Mifepristone is probably one of the most studied drugs in FDA history, and it still comes out relatively clean in terms of safety. All drugs have side effects and outlyers, but mifepristone has few. As another example, prophylactic aspirin (single 325 mg daily) results in an average 10 deaths per 100,000.

So this is good news, but will probably be ignored by the swim in sewage heroin addict.

Former FDA Commissioner Marty Makary reportedly ordered that the review be slow-walked so its inevitable conclusion that the drug is dangerous comes after this year’s midterms, avoiding another Dobbs-like backlash that could hurt Republicans’ electoral prospects.

So FDA leadership decided that allowing “unborn children” to continue to be murdered pending the midterms is a reasonable price to be paid to avoid political backlash. Can’t think of a better way to show your pro-life Xtian family values than that.

According to the CDC:

“ The maternal mortality rate for 2024, 17.9 deaths per 100,000 live births, was not significantly lower than the rate of 18.6 in 2023.”

So pregnancy is 27.5 times more risky than a medical abortion.

Is it me or are we reading the same old same old f**king shit recycling out of the same hateful Republican operatives day after day. Not a new idea in 10 years.

The only thing the Republicans have accomplished in years is controlling the daily topics so Democratic ideas can’t find fresh air. Isn’t that exactly what Trump and the thugs have wanted. A Democratic party that doesn’t have the energy to advance a single new idea. I am pretty sure that is why Harris lost in 2024. The pattern continues. There used to be hundreds of responses to a topic like this. Now thiere are 8. People are being worn down by the recycled bullshit.
