Federal Judge Allows Clean Elections USA To Continue Surveilling Drop Boxes In Arizona

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Liburdi refused to issue a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction against Clean Elections USA, the right-wing organization that has organized an effort to monitor ballot drop boxes across Arizona, inspired by the conspiracy theory film 2000 mules. The group is behind various complaints of voter intimidation in Arizona this past week.

Of course… say what you want, but Trump’s judges are true and loyal believers…

So until such time as a ā€œwatcherā€ shoots someone they’re not a threat?

Just like a school shooter is not a criminal until he actually shoots someone and therefore he should be allowed to buy all the guns he wants without any kind hassle.

The venue to settle this is to show up to the drop box in a Trump mask, carrying one’s ballot in a folder marked TOP SECRET

In the St. Louis Central Visual and Performing Arts HS shooting the 19 y/o’s mother called the police to come and take his gun. They did, he got it back, and then a couple of days later he shot and killed 2 and wounded 7 others. My MO Governor is more upset that the school security officers didn’t have guns. :rage:

The kid couldn’t buy a gun at a gun show because he didn’t pass the FBI background check, so he bought it from a private dealer. And in MO you don’t need a license or permit to own a gun. Hell you don’t even have to take and pass a safety test.
We have the most liberal gun laws in the country.

I went to two of the drop boxes in Tucson, but didn’t see any of these asshats.

If I do, am I still within my 1st amendment rights to stand there and mock them?

c’mon people, there’s nothing threatening about people lurking in the dark, on an empty street, with their faces covered and wearing tactical gear watching you and taking photos!

Yes, just as ā€˜you can have an abortion to save the mother’s life’ doesn’t kick in until the mother dies (to prove the life-threatening condition).
