U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington, D.C. — a George W. Bush appointee — ordered the Trump administration to halt construction on the $400 million ballroom that President Trump’s trying to build over the East Wing of the White House, which he demolished. In order to continue, Leon said, Trump must seek approval from…
I think the First Felon had a really bad day, honestly.
The courts said stop the construction of his prized ballroom. I think they even said something about the Kennedy center nonsense, but on that one I could be wrong.
The courts said no to his ending funding of NPR and PBS.
He thinks he’s going to win in the Middle East; he thinks he’s going to win on mail in ballots and the Federal voting list.
He is going to lose on all of it. Every bit of it. No matter what his handlers say or do, he’s going to lose on all of it. Executive orders are not law. Period.
Is that when we see him have a major melt down?
I hope he builds it so we can tear it down.
Ballroom: Does anyone actually believe that work on the construction - the demolition having now been completed - will not accelerate in the 2 weeks before the TRO takes effect? He’ll do something that will become the basis for a claim of irreparable harm if he can’t proceed. I could imagine something that will open a hole allowing the elements to damage the super-secret thing that’s underneath, which must be fixed by the construction of a ballroom with a big beautiful roof over it.
Noem: Hasn’t it become obvious that the Noems’ relationship must be based on a mutual love of cosplay and make-believe?
So, I guess this means that I’ll never get to see Byron Noem dancing in women’s clothes in the ballroom. Sad.
We can only hope…..
Judging by his frenzied outbursts, he cares more about his ballroom than anything else. That includes his illegal war, horrible GOP legislation, and his family. His mind has turned to pudding and when it does work it’s occupied with the thread count of the curtains and crown molding options.
And taking that away from him?
I understand he’s already taken to social media to whine about how unfair it all is.
And you can bet he’s working Mikey now to bring everyone back to vote on allowing him to continue. I don’t know that the Senate has any responsibility here, but I could be wrong.
Noem has chatted online with fetish models and has worn body suits that make it appear as though he has large breasts.
It’s the Dakotas. You gotta do something to beat the boredom. .
I’m going to indulge in a bit of schadenfreude regarding the troubles in the Noem household.
Maybe she’ll haul him out to the gravel pit and shoot him.
It’s time for the city to give the construction companies what we call the Chicago treatment. All trucks going in get inspected. Usually should take a half hour. Tickets on all workers cars for whatever reason. Any company doing work on the project will not get any city contracts until? There’s more.
His dick seems to hurt more on this than losing to Iran. But that’s only a small hurt.
Is anyone else creeped out that an election denier, working out of the WH, wants a list of all registered voters in the country? And yeah this position start during Trump I because he felt, no he just knew in his bones he got more votes than that harpy Clinton.
I’ve been saying this since 2016 that Trump is not only a sore loser but is also a sore winner.
Talk about subverting The Male Gaze.
Every day Trump is not put on his heels by Epstein is a day lost. I’m not saying the other stuff isn’t brutal but leaving the Epstein shit unremarked on normalizes it, to Trump’s benefit. Can’t we walk and chew gum at the same time?
The day just keeps on giving.
[Trump] directs the Department of Homeland to work with the Social Security Administration to compile a “list” of U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state, to be shared with each states’ election officials.
A technique known in science as introducing another source of error.
Interesting juxtaposition of these two posts, had me scratching my head and wondering about what @becca656 was hoping to see: ![]()
It occurs to me that, with the dismal demise of Epstein, and his island, a new location would be required for the globe’s shakers and movers to gather and to advance their plots. Said location would likely include a modern bunker outfitted with up to date intelligence gathering paraphernalia. One wonders about this “ballroom.”
So the Orange Savior gets tossed? And is Alex Jones still relevant?
