The appeals court judge … said the two couples suing her could argue she “acted unreasonably spitefully.”

She acted DEMONIC in not fulfilling the law!

Additionally she abandoned the Oath she took when she accepted the position as court clerk!

My first thought was that Huckabee and any elected officials who encouraged and stood by her while she broke the law should be included in the suit.

I didn’t much care for her first 15 minutes of fame, but I think I’m going to enjoy the next 15.

…And back to the Supremes, who will rule 5-4 that even government officials acting in an official capacity can discriminate against people if they have a “sincerely held belief” (whether or not said belief is actually anywhere within that religion’s belief system).

She’s so “holier than thou” that I’m just glad she has four marriages and three husbands to lean on for support.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t snark on something like that, but her hypocrisy is galling.

Do it. Sue her. She reveled in the God-drunk ego massage of appointing herself KY’s moral arbiter.

And then name Bevan and Huckabee in the class-action lawsuit.

I like this court.

If she could have ridden herself of her hatred it never would have come to this point.

Poor, poor Kim.
