Federal investigators have launched a civil rights investigation into the law enforcement killing of Andrew Brown, a Black man shot and killed in North Carolina last week.

Seems like having 10 people roll up with ARs and swat gear like they’re taking down a cartel kingpin might be a wee bit excessive.
And those other 10 seconds that they won’t show even to the family is that much worse, or can’t see the feds involved this early in the investigation.

One of the best ideas I’ve heard is to make the police retirement/pension funds pay court awarded damages to the victims’ families. What was the Floyd payout, 27 million - paid by the city? Make the cops pay out of their pension funds for the bad cops on the force. See how they like getting their financial asses shot full of holes.

He only saw 20 seconds of it. The sheriff says the whole video is only 30 seconds, so those other 10 seconds must be damning as fuck for the cops. What, pull up and just start shooting with no warning or time to react.
