Should the White House itself adhere to its own basic social distancing guidelines when holding press conferences about the coronavirus?
Soon, Fauci will disappear from the podium. It happens to literally everyone who does not profess abject, public fealty to Spanky.
When will Trump turn on Fauci and viciously attack him?
Fauci has gone into the ETTD meatgrinder and is doing his best dance to avoid the blades. If anyone can do it, he can.
No more live press conferences. Record them, analyze them, and then play the clips. No more rallies for Dear Leader.
He’s safe. No one in the WH reads anything with “Science” in the title.
Welcome to the club, Dr. Fauci…
No more live press conferences. Record them, analyze them, redact the lies, and then play the clips. No more rallies for Dear Leader.
Save the redactions for the eventual Tribunals.
I truly hope for Fauci to succeed, but I fear even he can’t escape ETTD.
Fauci is 79 and at the end of his distinguished career, which †Я☭mp will soon end impetuously. We hope that he is taking notes and writing a chapter per week for his book to be called A PLAGUE ON YOUR WHITE HOUSE to be published 2 months before the election. It will be good for the nation’s public health to rid us of this vermin on Nov. 3.
I think the facepalm clearly conveys the struggle all of us have in coming to terms with the whole Trumpian era, including trying to figure out why people voted for him and support him still.
Maybe not. Fauci seems a courageous fellow and a dedicated one. If Trump cans him he unleashes him. I’m sure Trump’s demanding his ouster but being warned of the consequences of doing so. In the end Fauci’s going to be recorded in the good column no matter what Trump does with him.
Remember during the 2016 Presidential campaign when so many said that Trump “lacked the required temperament” to hold the office? Ah, the good ol’ days…
Trump is using Fauci as a prop to buy himself “cheap credibility”. Should Fauci resign? That’s up to him. The question I ask is: if Fauci did resign and Trump replaced him with some toady charlatan, would the outcomes be any different than what we’re seeing up to now.
“I keep saying, is there any way we can get a virtual press conference,”
Here are the best apps to make a video call whenever you want.
You’re welcome.
First the Fauci facepalm, next the Dotard faceplant…
Coming soon to polling station near you…
I think we’d get to the worst possible policy decisions a little faster.
Not that we’re not gonna go there anyway.
Apart from the “unleashing" thing, I agree.
As for the “unleashing" thing, I’m not sure.
Dr Fauci should be getting help from all the disappeared.
It is well past time for those fired to Country Up and inform what they went through working for someone who should be in a rubber room.
Stay tuned, he may be ramping up to call him a moron.
