When Maureen Haver went to the polls in Moody Park — a historically Hispanic neighborhood in Houston — she saw three poll watchers. She told TPMMuckraker that she recognized one of the poll watchers as a member of the Tea Party group called the King Street Patriots. There were two others that were talking about the Tea Party, she added.
