Experts Fear Trump Admin Will Rush To Promote Vaccine That’s Not Yet Ready | Talking Points Memo

Yes and no. I don’t think an empty announcement that a vaccine is going to be ready in, say, January will do all that much. I think it’s more likely to be that a vaccine will be ready in January plus Jared’s brother’s hedge fund is getting eleventy-billion dollars to manufacture and distribute it. There has to be grift in the announcement.

I’m not saying it will do much. I’m saying he’s going to say there is one whether there is or not, and he won’t specify the date. You’ll be hearing more in the next couple of weeks. Great things are happening.

They’re already grifting on it.

Democrats in Congress and Joe Biden should demand that the Trump regime and all of its members of Congress take the purported vaccine on live television. The vaccine has to be administered by a non Trump cultist like Dr Fauci.

Maybe it’s just my bubble, but nearly every vocal Trump supporter in my social media is also a vaccine-skeptic (at least as it pertains to COVID-19). It’s going to be interesting to see if he can sell the false hope of a “finger-snap” back to normalcy within his base.

The message seems to be “once those liberals run out of excuses the economy will return to normal.” Of course, the vaccine will trickle out slowly. A cohort of people will cease the token protections they currently take. The gamble is the hotspots will be few until a sufficient number of people can be vaccinated.

What makes you think that The Fat Fuerher would tout something about a cure before knowing all of the facts?

And don’t forget the hydroxychloroquin. He pressured the VA to administer it to vets with covid, and would have done the same with your local hospital, and mine and everybody’s, if he could have.

The epidemiologist must have graduated at the bottom of his or her class. Or is a member of the Trump family.

Speaking of his “health care plan” isn’t this the week it’s to be announced?

Seems I recall Putin said Russia will have a vaccine ready in quantity by October. Apparently Russian scientists have discovered that Polonium 210 works even better than Hydroxychloroquine. The first test subject was Alexander Litvenenko all the way back in 2006. Putin, in his magnanimity, will send the entire supply to the United States.

Sure it will. Even if the impact on voters is marginal, they will need every marginal impact they can muster.

But more importantly, it will serve to sow chaos into 2021. If Biden wins, Trump, the GOP and the media will be non stop in raking Biden over the coals for not releasing the “vaccine” that Trump promised. Won’t matter that no vaccine exists, of if the vaccine consists of drinking anti-freeze laced with cyanide, the expectation will have been set.

And if Trump wins, it will of course get flushed down the toilet UNLESS their is a sizable opportunity for grift or retaliation over perceived grievances attached.

So its definitely going to happen, because there is no down side for Trump.

Meh…they will have the FDA “approval” to shield them from most of that. Plus a GOP Senate currently pushing for an enormous liability shield with relation to everything COVID.

I think that I saw on the Local news that Minnesota, due to the strength of our immunization program and a strong history of outreach to communities. has been chosen as one of the 4 early rollout states for the vaccine. At first I thought great, then I thought, wait we’ll be the guinea pigs for Donald’s rushed vaccine and dying for Donald’s re-election. I guess finding a Red State with a decent health care system and an infrastructure set up for vaccinating residents would be asking too much.

It does. If you take Polonium 210, it’s 100% effective at ensuring that you do not die from Covid-19.

All of them:
Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and the Oxford-AstraZeneca group have already received a total of $2.2 billion in federal funding to support their vaccine programs.
The U.S. government’s Operation Warp Speed effort will provide up to $2.1 billion to Sanofi and GlaxoSmithKline to fund development and manufacturing of the companies’ experimental Covid-19 vaccine, the companies announced Friday

Over 4 billion paid out so far from Operation Warp Speed. Pfizer has their hand out also.
