My money is on Drumpf getting skidmarks first because Weisselberg is way smarter than Drumpf.

Michael Cohen also recently met with Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vane’s office for an eighth time, and told the Washington Postthat the investigation amounts to a “proctological exam of the highest order.”

The fickle finger of fate has inserted it’s latex-clad self into Donald Trump’s life of debauchery and deception.

What’s the pro-Trump tee shirt say?
“I’d rather be a Russian than a Democrat”.

I’ve never been clear what counts as income when a person gifts you a tangible asset, or provides you use of one for free or at a charge vastly below market value. If a business associate lets you use a home for free is that income? I think if he gives me $20,000 in cash it constitutes something that must be accounted for on tax filings. What about the equivalent of $20,000 worth of mortgage or rent, just given to you for free?

I’m not sayin’ you’re wrong… but, here’s the thing: In general Trump surrounds himself with grifters, felons, and broken things, it isn’t about their smarts, it’s about how compromised they are, one way or another, that gives Trump a handle on them. It makes Trump feel safe, and so far, that’s worked out pretty well for him.

Taxable benefit? Like a company car.

The article states that Weisselberg’s son managed the Trump run skating rink in Central Park. That would be a very ripe money laundering venue. The rent freebie is a tax problem but not their worst problem.

I think the distinction between a gift and income is whether or not what you’re getting is in exchange for an agreed upon service. If you’re contracted or employed by the person giving you that “gift,” it’s taxable.

Also O.T.

Judge is a crank. Very disturbing. Also, the NYT is into Democratic Party causes? LOL.

“there are serious efforts to muzzle Fox News,” and writes that “Democratic Party ideological control” of the media is “a threat to a viable democracy.”

I don’t really think there’s a bus for Trump to throw Weisselberg under. Sure, he could put out angry statements and call into Fox & Friends and complain, but he really doesn’t have much power to bully private citizens anymore. No matter what Weisselberg may have done in service to Trump, he’s not the target and there’s almost nothing Trump can do to change that.

Cohen is also suing him for several million in unpaid legal bills. That tells me that Cohen knows that the MFWWNBN is going down. hahahahaha
