Alva Johnson, a former Trump campaign aide, dropped her lawsuit against the President for forcibly kissing her and enforcing discriminatory payment practices, conceding that the President is “great at propaganda.”

Donald Trump has harassed many women in his long sad career, but Alva Johnson was not one of them.
Isn’t she the one that had a video of the kiss come out in public and it looked somewhat questionable as she seemed to initiate the kiss in the first place? As I recall, tRump looked fairly unfazed and even seemed to have his attention divided at that moment while surrounded by other people at the time.
Propaganda implies you know what you want to say and have a tricky way to say it that covers up your real motive. Donald’s not that smart, he’s just saying bullshit because he doesn’t really know what the fuck he’s saying, he’s just pulling shit out of his ass which is directly connected to what he has of a brain.
“He has proven to be great at propaganda,” she added. “They do a great job of changing the narrative, even when we see things with our own eyes.”
I would disagree with this statement to an extent. He’s great at understanding what audience he appeals to and crafts propaganda that they will follow him for. The rest of us, not so much. And clearly, she didn’t mind the propaganda until he started to screw around with her paycheck.
She’s pathetic.
Actually, he isn’t great at anything. Lying as a way of life isn’t “propaganda” it is the tool of grifters. Trump has been so obvious in his conman schtick over the course of his life that you’d have to be the village idiot to buy-into anything he says. That said, the trust-fund baby and money-laundering Russian asset still hasn’t improved on his schtick-we just live in a very big village filled with obvious idiots.
Johnson said that she was on the receiving end of an outpouring of hate from Trump fans, calling the experience “very scary because a lot of his supporters are fanatics.”
Going after Trump, publicly, and not factoring in the fanaticism of his supporters is naive in the extreme.

I think trump spreads propaganda, but I don’t think it’s because he’s calculating or thinks it out. I feel he’s amassed enough followers and they believe and rationalize anything he says because it feeds their needs (similar to the Jim Jones cultees). And their adulation feeds his ego. trump is a conman, as most liars are. He’s just had the unfortunate luck to be given the presidency because of it.
As to the lady that dropped the suit; she fell for his lies- hook and sinker. Hopefully she’s learned from this. I want to feel bad for her but she played herself.
I don’t recall the video as showing she initiated the kiss, but it was certainly an innocuous peck on the cheek while greeting people in a crowded room.
Pretty definitive statement there! For context, black women have a troubling history of being the subject of unwanted let’s say, “attention” and this was probably not this woman’s first rodeo. At some point, a woman’s gotta be like, “No, you can’t touch me and I checked and the law says I do not have to accept that you did.”
You might personally think that sexual harassment has to be prolonged take some other form that comports with your understanding of what it is, but let me tell you: no one has the right to pull your arm and kiss you. No one.
Let’s not forget that this old White guy who said that he does not ask permission, he just sexually assaults women he meets for the first time, was her boss - she was working on his campaign.
Whatever you do, do NOT call Donald a sexual predator to Newt Gingrich! Video is priceless, because, man, old white men do not like being told that they do not have the right to reach out and put their grimy hands on random women on the street, at parties, etc.
True. But the video she produced didn’t show such a thing. I am willing to believe about anything bad about Trump, but this lady has no case. Besides what she was doing working for Trump’s campaign? That puts her in the same category as Omarosa, Katrina Pearson, Diamond and Silk… zero credibility individuals
Fair enough. I never watched the video, I just know that this was a wage and gender discrimination suit that the Fed judge tossed for failure to state a claim, so there were other counts in the complaint, and the video is evidence of only one of them. Are all of the women you just listed black? What about Sarah Huckabee? She worked so hard to earn the woman with “zero credibility” label and you just passed her over…
Yes, you are absolutely right. After I posted I though about editing it and say “Not that white women working for Trump have distinguished themselves as avatars of truth, nor the men of any color”. I listed black women because Trump has displayed such a virulent contempt for women of color, that makes the collaboration of these women seem much worse. Kinda “Black women for White Male supremacy!!!” .
