@NBCNews

reports that Sen. Elizabeth Warren, her husband (and Bailey) are at the protest near the White House.

Perhaps the Trumpentroopers will try to arrest her.

I think we can all agree on that. (Not that my white privilege is the deciding factor.)

Find something else to do, Mattis is a fully compromised MAGA General…

I think historians will look back on Trumps Carnival sideshow/Church pantomime as the beginning of the End of him. Lord willing.

History has shown that Republican overreach is a real thing and it’s nailed them before. It sure takes a whole lot though, unfortunately.

Yes, where the fuck is Mad Dog? McMullen was Bush’s Chief of Naval Operations, then head of the Joint Chiefs starting in 2007. He has had a few careful criticisms of people around Trump, but not like this. And his wording appears to be carefully chosen to provide cover for others to speak out.

P.s. first Monday/Tuesday poll just came out: Ipsos/Reuters 55% disapprove of Trump’s response (40% strongly) only 33% approve. Given that his Registered Voter Approval is 40%, he is turning off people with his actions.

Can someone please explain why, after the rethugs f everything up and Ds clean-up the mess the rethugs get elected again to f everything up again?
It will be Biden’s responsibly this time, hopefully.

Active military need to speak out against their moronic psycho-in-chief. All police and national guard and military who participate in assaulting peaceful protestors have no honor. They are a disgrace. They should be fired ad arrested. Generals who remain silent are complicit.

Getting neutered. They behave better that way.

New Rules…

If you order the military to attack civilians, you don’t get to complain that “freedom is under assault”.

If you violently drive priests from churches, you don’t get to brag about “protecting religious liberty”.

If you honor Confederate flags, you don’t get to accuse others of “not respecting the American flag”.

If you use 2,800 troops to cross the street, you don’t get to accuse others of “wasting taxpayer money”.

If you dodge the draft five times – to play tennis – you don’t get to claim you “support the troops”.

If you pay Russian hookers to pee on you, you don’t get to brag about “dominating” others.

Mullen wrote that he was “sickened” to see federal police “forcibly and violently clear a path” through Lafayette Square to “accommodate” Trump’s church visit.

It’s the most absurd, fucking antichristian statement in the history of the Presidency.

Because voters are fickle and hate sacrifice and inconvenience and then when things do get a little better, they act like the guy in the rain with the umbrella, who because he’s dry, figures he can now furl the umbrella.

New York Attorney General Letitia James says the state is prepared to go to court to prevent Trump from deploying U.S. military forces to states. “The President of the United States is not a dictator, and President Trump does not and will not dominate New York state.”

For all his chest thumping they are losing across the board. His polls keep cratering. Peaceful protests across the nation keep growing. Republicans are scared and it shows.

Protest crowd is larger today than it was yesterday because of tRump abuse of power by telling the police to gas and shoot rubber bullets into the crowd to deter people from protesting. Unfortunately it didn’t work but compelled more people to come.

One article says today’s crowd is larger than tRumps inauguration:

View of the George Floyd protesters on 14th Street NW in Washington, DC.

They’re bound for the U Street corridor and holding a moment of silence every nine blocks, about the number of minutes Derek Chauvin dug his knee into Floyd’s neck a week ago.
