I guess tRump has found the commander of his private army. Good luck getting the rest of his army to even bathe, much less don a uniform.

Good order and discipline mean nothing to Cadet Bone Spurs, er Donald J. Trump.

“This just dishonors the military so much, and it causes chaos and confusion,” Mabus told MSNBC host Hallie Jackson. “It undermines accountability, it undermines the rule of law, it undermines good order and discipline in the military.”

Truth.

Donald over ruled the Navy perfectly, what are they complaining about. It was perfect I tell you!

How dare a mere Surface Warfare Officer challenge a five-time recipient of the Bonespur Badge?

Just because Trump likes the idea that the military is his bloodthirsty private mercenary Praetorian Guard, doesn’t mean the military likes to think of themselves that way. Well, okay, some would be thrilled. But most members of the armed services must find his interference revolting.

Now Trump has touched the Navy and, of course, ETTD.

John McCain was a Navy officer. Trump probably got extra perverse satisfaction that this involves the Navy SEALS and Secretary of the Navy.

And he’d really like it if their intelligence branch would look into a little thing in Ukraine involving some energy company and the son of one of the folks running to be his opponent in the next election.

Trump wants Fox n Friends to praise him. Atrocities are just a side effect.

You mean Esper, I presume. That guy should have dropped his resignation right off rather than comply.

If we had conscription, I might agree with you. But now, I don’t know. How can we we be sure?

We destroyed the Republic when we got rid of the draft.

We should bring it back. It’s an unpopular opinion but the draft was how democracies fight wars. Now we have a standing imperial volunteer army and nobody much cares what they do.

“Trump’s putting it to those fucking commanders, who I hate, too. Now we can do whatever we want. Bar’s open and you’re free to use your power and weapons however you want. Raping and pillaging optional.”

Yes, Esper.
