Dems don’t have mega-media propagandists working for them. The traditional media amplification is growing but not party-controlled like the repubs. Plus, they don’t play shock jock; it’s not attractive to the base. They tell the actual story. I may be missing the mark but I think the repubs are more tribal than are liberals. I’m not sure it matters what they say. They’re promoting fascism and hate and their supporters eat it up. I still think the best way to reach this mysterious “middle” to which you refer is to show them action which personally affects them or someone they know. The Child Tax payments may be a real attention-getter. We’ll see.
