Maybe it’s our fault for not refuting the maga lies often enough and directly enough.
“Even though the claims are baseless…” isn’t good enough. Or direct enough.
The billionaires and their lackeys didn’t get where they are without convincing the maga fools of the unbelievable and untrue without working them and the refs relentlessly. They have an entire national news media empire of some legitimacy (they host NFL Football and Major League Baseball and mainstream teevee shows and fairly decent local news shows for a reason) pounding their lies as truth unendingly because the chains of lies are harder to forge and easier to break.
Let’s keep that in mind as we go about the business of restoring our nation and our pride and our once relatively good name.
