This, coupled with threats of National Guard deployments at polling places, has me preparing to leave the country. My plans are made, a destination set up, tix bought for 2nd week of November.
I am allowing for no real change from the US’s way of doing things, but am doing as advised by a Jewish man who escaped Nazi Germany. Werner Haas wrote for my publication for years always advising me to watch for certain things. “Get out early. Or you don’t get to leave,” he’d say.
What things? Paramilitary roaming the streets. Attacks on residents - and worse - killing citizens on the street. Funny biz around elections. Destruction of the rule of law. A mad King in control.

The mis-administration has no scrote and relys on threats and intimidation that are rarely carried out. That said I will keep my passport handy for a quick trip to Canada just in case the POS and his administration grow a pair. I do not think it will happen.

DOES IT SOMETIMES SEEM AS THOUGH too many people have never learned the lessons of the schoolyard? If you capitulate to a bully, you will be bullied forever. If you stand up to him, he will back down. What’s true on the playground is also true in the office, in politics, and in international relations.

With voter rolls, they can identify all Democrats, then they can do evil things like declaring them dead to the Social Security Administration, which will instantly freeze all their banking and financial accounts. And no, I would not put it past them.
