It’s a crime. As serious as illegal immigration. Even moreso!

The effort failed when the member presiding over the session as speaker pro tempore, Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), ignored House Democrats’ efforts, effectively blocking them from even bringing up the resolution.
The US has achieved a Hungary-level of bad governance. It seems that the lesson the GOP has taken from the 118th Congress (2023–2024), the least productive Congress in history, is that inaction is better. Let’s see how things go in Hungary this week, however. Perhaps there is a level of bad governance that even a country famed for its political indifference and apathy reaches a point where it rallies.
It’s called pretend you don’t hear them and maybe they will go away. The GOP are scared. Besides, they have no clue how to do their job. If they ignore, it will be forgotten.
