Emails Reveal Top IRS Lawyer Warned Trump Firings Were a ‘Fraud’ on the Courts
No shit!
Fraud &lies = normal operating procedure in trumpland
None of these actions were “legitimate.” But then, for this administration*, the law is what they say it is.
“In response, administration lawyers denied that OPM directed agencies to fire probationary workers based on performance or misconduct.”
Oh?
The Feb. 20 termination notice with the disputed language in it, according to copies received by fired workers who shared them with ProPublica…said the decision to fire the workers had taken “into account your performance” as well as administration guidance and “current mission needs.”
What do you know? Another false statement. Is anybody in the Trump administration saying anything at all that’s not false these days?
Surely, the scent of roasting ass will be flowing from court houses soon.
Other than losing the cases (and ignoring those orders), what are the sanctions available for knowingly giving a court false information?
This DOGE con is going to cost billion$ more than it’s purporting to save. Not a surprise considering. #ETTD
Fun Random Fact: Tickets sales at the Kennedy Center have already dropped by 50%.
So far.
And probably will fall further. The Board leader says it is a dump. (Not an exact quote, but…)
“When thousands of affected IRS employees finally received the letter, it arrived from a generic email account. No agency official’s name appeared anywhere in the document.”
Proof that: 1/ Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the order and 2/ that same person knew the order was fraudulent and 3/ DOGE is an unconstitutional rogue effort following no rules.
Follow the money: DOGE is wrecking organizations and agencies that impede billionaires from minting money even faster than they do now.
The Judiciary branch of the US Constitution needs to make a stand and hold people in the Trump regime legally to account for lying in Federal Court. Allowing the lies in testimony by so-called Federal officials, lawyers, and military personnel to continue to percolate isn’t helping stabilize anything.
And like these thousands of employees that have been terminated had their performance evals reviewed before they were fired? Like in a couple of days? By how many management people doing these thousands of reviews? Like that traitor Trump signed all of these thousands of executive orders all by his self?
These Judges have got to start smacking down these stupid lawyers that trump and musk keep throwing up at them. Fines,Contempt of Court, Lock 'em Up, Disbarment, all of it. NOW, not tomorrow.
Sure, they can’t get any bigger fish but you have got to start. We’ve been begging for actions, not words, actions, really for years, we’re at the point where rubber needs to hit the road. Fitzmas ain’t coming. Mueller and his airtight leak free investigation ain’t happening. Fanny Willis ain’t bringing it.
Someone needs to bring it.
TSF is 6’3" and 265lbs is more accurate than most things the regime says.
He claims he is 6’3”. Obama is that tall and is taller than the orange turd.
Trump, Musk and this entire “administration” are frauds. Everything they are doing is fraudulent. Trump has used the courts all his business life to defraud
anyone who got entangled with him. Why is anyone surprised?
