Elon Gives House GOP A Little Incentive For Helping The Executive Defy The Judiciary

That’s what the shutdown would have addressed.

Watching Rachel tonight talking about the idiot releasing the Kennedy assassination docs unredacted, that miserable press overseer said was total transparency, well then we should have the same records released for everyone working in the White House.

Seems only fair.

Transparency as in in “Can we see your 1040"s”?

Trump Tax Returns still being held up from release… because they are just too complex for our little minds to understand?

Elon gives a little to get a little. Good thing he doesn’t do any business with China. /s
(Of course, many of the regime’s toadies have now been embedded in the Pentagon.)

If he did, this would seem patently corrupt.

Security clearances! Get your red hot security clearances! Security clearances now on sale.
You might even say they’re on clearance…

Not that I believe anything that this grease spot says, but it’s worth considering the US national security risk posed by the South African Elon Musk.

You never met Mom’s family in Northeast Louisiana (300 miles from NOLA).

Agree on the court decorum. Been there a few times - all to the good - and this is just outrageous, but apparently the new normal.

Worked 30 years in chemical labs so this legal stuff is outside my wheelhouse. I had good lawyers, worth every penny.

ETA: Everybody hates lawyers until they need one.

He’s kicking around the same administration that believes companies can self-regulate. So of course, they’re not saying anything now.

Thanks for your clarification—when I read it, it didn’t sound right. :+1:

This is interesting, in that:

  1. State regulations establish the scope of practice for all health care providers.
  2. Midwives are nurse-practitioners (more formally, Advanced Practice Nurses), and their scope of practice is set by statute and regulations.
  3. The scope of practice for NPs and PAs frequently includes minor surgery. If the regulations permit it, it isn’t “practicing medicine without a license.”

All practitioners set their own scope-of-practice: the regulations just set the outer bounds of what’s permissible.

I haven’t had a knee replacement, but I’ve observed a few. Rehab is crucial. I hope everything went smoothly.

True, however…

According to Webster’s Dictionary – used by our Founding Fathers – money is “a medium that can be exchanged for goods and services and is used as a measure of their values on the market”.

Meanwhile, speech is “the faculty or act of expressing or describing thoughts, feelings, or perceptions by the articulation of words.”

Biden did not win Hageman’s district in 2020. Wyoming only has an at large seat, so the district is the entire state. Trump won Wyoming by his largest margin with almost 70% of the vote.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens now that the gaslighting machine is being turned against their own constituents.
