“We need election officials to walk and chew gum at the same time.”

Where’s the money going to come from to develop all of this in 5 months?

I’ll wait…

Thanks for your balanced review of vote-by-mail. It’s not the only or best solution, but with a pandemic active as primaries are scheduled — and that same pandemic possibly revisiting us in November for the general election — vote-by-mail is an important alternative. It’s but one tool in the tool box; an important one, but not the only one.

All the more reason for Trump to kill Benjamin Franklin’s Post Office ( and, supposedly letting ‘free enterprise’ take over at $$$$ ) I wouldn’t put it past the Republicans and Trump. I( I shouldn’t be speculation like this because it is just giving ideas to the Administration and Republican obstructionists.

Once again, they will be met with a document known as the US Constitution, specifically Article 1 Sec 8 Clause 7.

Nice article, but “UC Irving”? But speaking as someone whose first flight out of SNA [now also known as John Wayne airport] was over 60 years ago, please, “Irvine”.
