Trying to imagine an action which suits the situation. El Paso is a large city so perhaps there are enough supporters to pack a venue if allowed. So the people who reject Trump and his message need to turn out.
One suggestion…all possible routes into the city should be lined with protestors turning their backs to him holding signs saying shame and resign.
And at the venue, sit there with stony faces and similar signs with messages on both sides and when Trump begins speaking rise and turn their backs and possibly file out.

Wherever Trump appears to speak, Beto should be right next door holding his own rally. They should drown out the Maga idiots with louder voices and more people. Trump needs to see, with his own eyes, that we outnumber him and so do his followers, they need to be scared and intimidated by the number of people that show up. Does it create a space that’s ripe for violence? Sure, but apparently every space in this country is already at that state.
