Delusional thinking is all they have.
What is the story with the Hive discussion not carrying the story title across?
There are probably half a dozen such titles in the Hive since yesterday.
â[T]he not guilty verdicts are a minor footnote in the sordid story of the greatest mass delusion in American political history.â
COuLDnât HAVe saID it anY beTTEr.
This reminds me of the Black Knight in Monty Pythonâs Holy Grail.
They canât afford to quit. Against all odds and sense of decency they will endeavor to persevere. To paraphrase Gordon Gecko âGrift is Good!â
And I thought this would be the mornings funny
Kudos to John Durham for exposing the truth of âRussiagateâ (nypost.com)
Dem strategist:
âOne needs to build upon a strong foundation.â
Repub strategist:
âHold my beer.â
How is this even a story? Is anyone really still expecting a bunch of craven cowards who bow to a mentally ill loser to suddenly grow a spine? Or a conscience? To actually look in the mirror and see the problem? Letâs stop being astounded by the obvious. We could have predicted they wouldnât give a shit. The republicans are like the psycho wife Billy Joel sang about: âShe never gives out and she never gives in, she just changes her mind.â âSheâs Always a Womanâ was written about a psychopathic woman. It could be the Republicansâ theme song.
Either way they get what they want. Itâs either proof of a conspiracy (guilty) or proof of a cover-up (not guilty).
Now, donât sell 'em short. Sure, delusional thinking is the headline, but letâs not forget the fascism, the racism, the performative ignorance, and their undying devotion to fallacies.
Itâs an easy pivot for that fat fuck Hannity.
He isnât wrong because someone he smeared as guilty was found not guilty.
Itâs proof of how deep the corruption goes that someone declared guilty by Fox goes free.
This âup-is-downâ bullshit is kind of fun, if youâre a sociopath, I guess. Plus, you can never be wrong. Ever.
Fascism defies logic by design.
I should have said enabling delusional thinking, it is their job.
It is just a flesh wound!
To be fair, the guy isnât wrong. Heâs just not right in the way he thinks he is.
Jim McGovern is my congressman! Iâve never been prouder of him!
âand sheâs always

Guess the ad was effective
Eric Swalwell ripped for ad showing woman arrested for getting abortion (nypost.com)
Yeah, I guess: "The messaging that Republicans want to lock up women who have abortions was not well received by conservatives on Twitter. "
Also conservatives on Twitter: âBut thereâll be plenty of women who wonât be arrested. Look! Over there! Inflation!â
