Special counsel John Durham is using court filings to spread conspiracy theories about the 2016 election, attorneys for defendant Michael Sussmann said in a late Monday court filing.

Durhamās is a political operation, foreshadowing how in any future GOP administration, the sole function of law will be maintaining their political power.
If this guy is operating within the current DOJ, then it needs to get shut down already.
If they ever win again (G-d and Greyhound help us), then they can re-open the investigation, but they need to stop wasting resources on this crap.

Given the media firestorm, and the ramifications of what Durham is alleging, heād best come out with the proof, or back off.

Indeed, it doesnāt matter currently because itās given Fox and Trump their talking points.
However, it will matter later in court. Durham had better be damn well sure of all this, back off his claims, or provide appropriate clarification. If not, Iād say his law license could be in jeopardy at some point down the road.
I agree heād need proof if this was ever going to court but itās not. It would have to go through a grand jury first. So heād have to present his evidence to them and that isnāt going to happen. I donāt think there is a grand jury empanelled for this āinvestigation.ā
Durham has, quite arguably, crossed several ethical & legal procedure boundariesā¦ and not just inadvertent transgressions - they lean way over onto into the direction of malicious and intentional .
