Senate Judiciary chair Dick Durbin (D-IL) on Sunday pushed back at Republicans’ go-to strategy of preemptively casting President Biden’s non-existent Supreme Court nominee as someone who only got the job because she’s a Black woman. The President has only reaffirmed his commitment to nominating a Black woman to the Court thus far.

Why is it we don’t call Brett Kavanaugh an affirmative action pick of the Federalist Society, because that’s the only reason he was on the short list for Trump.

The GQP strategy for everything a Democrat does is try to turn it into fodder for the kinds of nasty comments and bad jokes that their voters can pass around on the internet to ridicule, belittle, malign and enrage the poor left-behinds of our society, aka MAGAts.
They know their comments are completely indefensible, mendacious to the max and very wrong, but they’ve got to keep feeding the MAGA Maw…
Why don’t we refer to all of the Roman Catholic justices as affirmative action picks since they are a higher proportion than the US population?

ALL of the problems we’re currently dealing with, including the Russian aggression towards Ukraine had their origin during the Trump Administration when Trump and Putin were having their private meetings. Supply chain, pandemic, inflation problems, economic stress, unemployment, lack of ppe, anti vaxx propaganda etc either started or were exacerbated under Trump yet people are blaming Democrats when we’re simply trying to fix it. We need a quick response “war room” dedicated to countering this nonstop propaganda. Silence is deadly.
