I believe it is call Karma.
Someone fixed this picture and it is great!
And the governor - there already has been some buzz about their attempting to do exactly this, and I do not doubt they would try, especially as news of Judge P’s victory recedes. Press, do your job.
It really is his own fault for making it so easy for everyone…

I get the sense that you’re not tired of winning.
Dropping the door on him would have been a lot more fulfilling had he been brought in like any other defendant — with his hands cuffed behind his back.
As it is, the press has moved from a means to inform, to a means to entertain and carry the editorial bent of your corporate ownership.
As such, sadly, when the press glosses over republican malfeasance, every employee is doing exactly what they are being paid to do.
Well, at least he conceded.
Baby-steps…

Gotta say, I love a “you won’t have Nixon to kick around anymore”- type “concession” speech - not quite old enough to remember that, but old enough to remember a very sulky, nasty speech by Terry Kohler when he lost to Tony Earl (D) by about 15 points.
Closer in time and to my current digs, Darren Bailey (R ) took a Nixonesque tone in his speech upon his defeat by Pritzker. Contrast this with Vallas’s concession speech in last night’s Chicago Mayoral result - you have to wonder whether being a sore loser is simply in the contemporary R candidate DNA
Amen, brother! It’s been sixty-two years and a couple of weeks since my last appearance in court; unlikely to be that long for him. I will say, however, that one meets the most interesting people in court. In my case, Albert DeSalvo, aka The Boston Strangler.
Old guy reports on his own little Tuesday:
SOMETIMES, IT’S A ROLLERCOASTER
I went to bed for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon, then to an appointment at 6:20 P.M. at the pharmacy to get the latest vaccine booster shot.
The pharmacist was working alone. She served three customers ahead of me. She was an absolute wonder, modeling all those service skills we admire.
She was warm, direct and focused. She made eye contact. She was nice!
So that was a good time.
Later I went online and saw that the NYT, Wapo, Guardian and CNN were all carrying Trump’s speech live from Florida. I came in near the beginning and lasted less than three minutes.
My God! Why do we raise up this guy so he can lie and demean us, and our best people, for free on the public airwaves?
I went to bed early and woke up to good news from Wisconsin. The beat goes on.
Interested to see how AMI was getting reimbursed
“I wish that in a circumstance like this I would be able to concede to a worthy opponent. But I do not have a worthy opponent.”
Enlighten us, folks in Wisconsin. Are we ever going to hear this loser’s name again? Somehow feels like a compliment.
And thanks to the voters of Wisconsin for striking a real blow for voting rights and reproductive rights (can’t decide which is the right order).
You beat me by…well…three minutes.
Once again, Billy, you have shown that folks living in the upper valley are made of sterner stuff than we sub-tropical sybarites down around Monadnock. I gave up on his bullshit after a minute and ten seconds.
The Whore of Babble-On will find her day in the barrel.
I’d like to point out that Kelly only lost because women were allowed to vote.
Suffrage for women, blacks, and heck, even Catholics, (and Jews, for goodness sake), is absolutely, positively NOT what the founding fathers intended.
