We all have dreams and this is Trump’s only hope at this point.
Fulton County is getting ready for August because the sheriff sent a group of his personnel to both New York City and Miami to see how those cities and the courts managed the security arrangements with their Trump arraignments.

And now Republican Sen. Ron Johnson admitted on Newsmax that he’s not sure the alleged 17 recordings proving that Biden took a bribe exist.
“Such an important story needs coverage,” a Newsmax host said. “If indeed the 17 audio tapes exist, it would be, in effect, really a smoking gun for the big guy. So I want to ask you first, Senator, do you think they exist?”
“And if yes, how to obtain them?” she asked.
“We don’t know,” Johnson said. "And, you know, Senator Grassley has never said they exist.

Your Modern Republican Party …
The RNC is refusing to carve out an exception to its loyalty pledge – meaning candidates for president must agree to support the eventual nominee – for when the nominee is a convicted felon. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
So how does that work with the whole “Tough on Crime” schtick the GOP has been spouting since god knows when. “We’re tough on crime, unless it’s our criminal.” It’s starting to sound like becoming “made.”

He’s glommed on to the PRA like he glommed on to “Article II” of the Constitution during his impeachment after the Zelenskyy phone call. He’s into these mental talismans, which he thinks will protect him from the consequences of this actions.

Minor nit: I read the linked article, and while it explains how Ghouliani used rhelen something-or-another, why he did so was left unexplained. Ghoulie’s lawyer says his client’s mommy’s name was Helen, so there is nothing unusual in him using his mommy’s e-mail address…
You know, for someone who prosecuted and convicted several mob bosses, Ghoulie seems to know surprisingly little about clandestine communications.
