Dominion Tells Judge That Fox Released Kraken Of Libel On It

It was the wildest propagators of theories that President Trump lost the 2020 election not to Biden, but to theft, that Dominion has singled out in its attempt to notch an early win in its defamation suit against Fox.

A really courageous judge would grant Dominion’s request for summary judgement.

“essentially made Sidney Powell a celebrity, a household name.”

Ya think?

I think this is going very well for the most watched cable news station, so far. LOL

Smolla alleged that Fox used “repetition” to “amplify” Powell’s statements

Yeah, that’s pretty much how propaganda works.

Go get 'em Dominion, get ALL of them. The only election fraud has been that of Trump and all of his sycophant supporters. Take Fox, Giuilani, Sidney Powell, Tucker Carlson, Hannity, and the whole gang for everything they’ve got.

Would love that, but the trial would really expose all the rot, and potentially result in more damages. They need to hurt in the court of public opinion and their bottom line. Rupert is getting married again( barf) and wouldn’t a judgement be a nice gift!

I would argue that a protracted trial (it’s a given that Dominion will win) would be worse for Fox. Repeated daily trial updates would eventually penetrate the Republican base opinions. Dominion lawyers will be able to pound Fox witnesses in daily court testimony that will be summarized every night on TV and in newspapers, a perfect way to shift public opinion.

This is turning out to be one hell of a month because Karma is calling in many chits on the Republicans and their organizations that support the party.

I realize that all of these pre arguments that may lead to judge to allow the case to go to a full trial, and there have been emails and texts from Fox revealed, but has there been any documentation released of how many times say on Tucker’s show wasn’t non-stop election stealing rhetoric? Any tally of minutes per hour that was spent on “election was stolen” vs how many cases/challenges were tossed-and why?

There we go with that repetition thing again!

Back when I was a kid, that sort of thing was considered “bad.” I mean, I think they used to call it “witness tampering”, or “suborning perjury”, or something like that, and people could get in trouble for it.

I’m a layman, but I’m assuming there’s a plan b.

If they want to argue they simply were reporting on the different sides of a controversy, have them produce all their reporting on the criticisms leveled against Powell and Giuliani and their buddies.
