Lol. It’s because if they go after Trump, he’ll unleash his base against them. Intimidation, threats, and actual violence. Unfortunately what happened on 1/6 has a detrimental effect on the ability to attain justice.

IIRC he stayed more generic in comments for the most part. You had to draw lines between his claims of mass voter fraud and any specific company, possibly enough cover to keep him on “safe” ground. These others have been going after Dominion by name and with specificity.

Lindell repeated his lies and said, ‘I welcome them to come after me because I’ve got all the evidence and then they’ll finally see it,’ and ‘I dare Dominion to sue me, because then it will get out faster,'” the complaint reads.

MyPillow’s lawyers are going to have many nights of heartburn due to these comments.

So Smartmatic sued Fox and their merry band of on air liars, plus Rudy, Powell, but I can’t see if they went after MyLittlePillow Guy. So I wonder if there is any crossover of those being sued?

The January 6 Coup and the conspiracy to instigate, incite and unleash a violent insurrectionist mob to target Vice President Mike Pence at the Capitol while he was performing his constitutional duties could have easily been avoided.

The 2020 Presidential Election should have been decided by a pillow fight instead of counting the votes cast by American citizens.
