I can only imagine what Dominion would demand of Fox (other than money) – daily – HOURLY – admissions that they lie on a constant basis, they’re not news, yadda yadda yadda.

Dominion wants its pound of flesh, and only a trial can give them that. If they were a publicly held company, they’d have to seriously consider a settlement offer (best interests of the shareholders and all that). But Dominion is owned by a private equity firm. As long as the PE owners want to roll the dice, they can.
I’m wondering if the PE owners believe that this has seriously damaged Dominion’s possibilities for a private sale and/or an IPO and this lawsuit is a way to get a significant payout at Murdoch’s/Fox expense.

You wanna know a rural town that not only smells, but REEKS? Centennial, Colorado. You can smell it from a mile away. It’s a HUGE CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operation). I for one am glad I won’t be running into Spork Foot on my next trip to NYC – she’s obviously too dainty for big city life.
