The Trump Era started with embarrassing kerfuffles and it will go out the same way. Good. Riddance.

Are you happy now, Ms. Sarandon?

This is what you do when you’re about to sue the living shit out of corrupt people. It will allow them to be accused of spoliation of the evidence. When that happens and it is clear that they have destroyed documents, it no longer matters what the documents said. The jury is allowed to draw the negative inference from their destruction that whatever was in the documents was inculpating.

Sarandon was also a Ralph Nader National Chair back when he gave us George W. Bush - the gateway to Trumpism.

This has the additional beauty of coming from a plaintiff who isn’t merely butt-hurt, but can demonstrate substantial, bankrupt-your-sorry-asses damages.

Finally, good attorneys are getting jobs, going after the bad attorneys.

Yuck. I understand the fascination with third parties, but I don’t understand how so many can conveniently ignore reality. I would LOVE for a third party candidate to take over this country. In theory, anyways.

Is it possible? I don’t see how. That’s the reality we all have to live with.

Entitlement, mostly from white privilege. Those who voted for Ralph Nader and Putin stooge Jill Stein were overwhelmingly white and born and raised in comfort.

The modern left has a death wish. Losing is preferred. So, so pure.

Let’s hope that dRumpf pardons Rudy and the others in his clown car sooner rather than later.

Then we can get some lawsuits with serious consequences going.

Wait a sec. The Right is self-destructing and the Left has a death wish? You may be right, but that’s a recipe for either greatness or disaster, depending on who’s watching the oven.

This is excellent news. We need a nice bright example to remind those assholes there are consequences. Get ready for a beat down Newsmax, OAN, Fox and others. This is just the beginning.

Think of the horseshoe paradigm. And “Bernie coulda won” is a hermetically sealed fantasy world.

I had heard that these Dominion people were excellent attorneys.

What is that grinding noise? “It’s either the gnashing teeth or the overheated shredding machines.”

I wonder how many mobile shredding services have cancelled contracts with certain legal offices rather than being unwittingly swept up in a lawsuit.?

Lawyers telling Rudy what to do?

He’ll do just the opposite. You know he will. He doesn’t care and honestly believes Trump will protect him - his pardon is just around the corner.

I would love for any of the minor parties we have to become viable competitors for the current duopoly. But I also lived through this in Minnesota, so I’m careful what I wish for:
