White House Counsel Pat Cipollone and President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani were both told by a law firm representing the election vendor Dominion to preserve documents related to the company.
This is what you do when you’re about to sue the living shit out of corrupt people. It will allow them to be accused of spoliation of the evidence. When that happens and it is clear that they have destroyed documents, it no longer matters what the documents said. The jury is allowed to draw the negative inference from their destruction that whatever was in the documents was inculpating.

Is it possible? I don’t see how. That’s the reality we all have to live with.
Entitlement, mostly from white privilege. Those who voted for Ralph Nader and Putin stooge Jill Stein were overwhelmingly white and born and raised in comfort.
The modern left has a death wish. Losing is preferred. So, so pure.
Wait a sec. The Right is self-destructing and the Left has a death wish? You may be right, but that’s a recipe for either greatness or disaster, depending on who’s watching the oven.
This is excellent news. We need a nice bright example to remind those assholes there are consequences. Get ready for a beat down Newsmax, OAN, Fox and others. This is just the beginning.
I would love for any of the minor parties we have to become viable competitors for the current duopoly. But I also lived through this in Minnesota, so I’m careful what I wish for:
Since this was known from the first year of his presidency can they introduce the folks in the gov’t that have spent the last 4 years taping shit back together?
