I’m adding Findlay’s name to my long list of lawyers who’ve risked discipline or disbarment by virtue of their proximity to Trump and his campaign.

Yet another denizen of TrumpStank Nation finds himself in the sights of the DOJ. Starting to get a little warm, is it?

Seems like the RNC not only considers violence and bloodshed to be legitimate political discourse, they also consider lying and cheating to be legitimate political behavior.

Bring the hammer down, DOJ, the future of our country depends on it.

We, here in PA, have had to live through 8 years of Santorum and now Mastriano makes one consider moving Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell to somewhere safe.
Mastriano will not allow any symbol of freedom exist.

This is confirmation of a big expansion in the DOJ investigation that has been in place for months. More expansion is inevitable. Just consider the newly revealed Stone/Gaetz tapes. The Trump administration was a kakistocracy. Hoodlums from soup to nuts. I see a shitload of indictments coming down on a whole load of lowlifes who chose disloyalty and betrayal. But it’s a lot of people doing a lot of bad things and it’s gonna be a while. I’m okay with that.

“Election Integrity Director” - yeah, right.

Just go to the Org. Chart and investigate those with obviously misleading titles:

Director of Insurrection Prevention

VP of Counting Every Legitimate Vote

Everyone in the Department of This Is Definitely Not a Coup Attempt

“At that point, I had Josh Findlay email Mr. Chesebro politely to say, ‘This is your task,’” Morgan told the committee. “‘You are responsible for the Electoral College issues moving forward.’ And this was my way of taking that responsibility to zero.”

To me this reads a lot like, “As Joey headed toward the vault with the teller, I texted him from the van that he was responsible for anything related to the collection of money. So I can’t possibly be liable for any theft that subsequently occurred.”

Or “Joey said he had to make a withdrawal at the Bank. He told me to wait with the car running so we could leave fast. I had no idea he was going to rob the bank.”

I’d like to know what experience did Findlay have with “election integrity”? And what other elections did he work on.

A consent decree? Didn’t they just get out of one they had been under for decades?
