The end of this may be SCOTUS.

“Irregular” describes so many aspects of this administration…and Trump’s digestive system.

Lol

O what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.

How are Trump & Barr going to spin this alongside their new Law& Order stance?

This is a show of “dominant force” by the court!

It’s going to be a minefield all the way up to SCOTUS.

Ol’Billy Barr’s DOJ is doing a bad job are they?

Somebody tell Benadick Being’adick Donnie, I am sure he will tweet it with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. /snark

If I weren’t on the Titanic, the study of whether its “unsinkable” engineering could withstand an iceberg, and how and why some attempts to maintain its integrity work and other attempts do not, would be fascinating!

As it is, it is mostly terrifying.

Bully Bill Barr does not give a fuck anymore about what anyone says. He’s going down guns blazing.

Even us non-lawyers can get our arms around this amicus brief.
Love it. Even the dorks on SCOTUS should understand it in its economy of words.

Yippee. May the good guys win. Is it so messed up that SCOTUS will have no option but to uphold the law? Heaven forbid!!

Donnie could take care of what I’m sure he considers a travesty of justice by pardoning Flynn. I wonder if you can put a clause in a pardoning document that says the person never has to answer any questions ever again. Would that protect him from having to testify?

Barr, along with others who keep Trump afloat suffer from tunnel vision.
“Tunnel vision is caused by an optic fungus that multiplies when the brain is less energentic than the ego.
It is complicated by exposure to politics.”

Sessions at least has some moral compass. Not one I agree with, but it’s there.

Any chance Barr simply ignores this and “declares” Flynn a free man regardless?

Yowza. Hey Judge Gleeson, tell us what you really think! Don’t hold back.

About as “in your face” a rejection of Barr’s logic as it is possible to imagine. Could an actual charge of prosecutorial misconduct be next?
