Donnie could take care of what I’m sure he considers a travesty of justice by pardoning Flynn. I wonder if you can put a clause in a pardoning document that says the person never has to answer any questions ever again. Would that protect him from having to testify?

Sessions at least has some moral compass. Not one I agree with, but it’s there.
Any chance Barr simply ignores this and “declares” Flynn a free man regardless?

About as “in your face” a rejection of Barr’s logic as it is possible to imagine. Could an actual charge of prosecutorial misconduct be next?
